The S Series comes with a host of intelligent features, starting with the 5.6-inch LCD SMART Dash. The display enables the operator to toggle between four preprogrammed operating modes, including Turtle Mode, which limits speeds and provides the most control. On-board diagnostics also feed to the SMART Dash, allowing the driver to keep an eye on forklift function and the performance of the maintenance-free, 80V lithium-ion battery. The cab also comes equipped with ZAPI controllers for improved handling and performance.

Additionally, this line also features the curve cutback function, which automatically reduces travel speed when turning. Like the SE25-35, the GEX 40-50 features an LCD dash display. The display is fully adjustable and programmable, allowing the operator to select from four preprogrammed performance modes. Relevant alarm codes appear on the dash, allowing the operator to respond to real-time performance issues. Likewise, the display stores a history of previous alarm codes to assist with diagnostics and repair as needed. Finally, the display is also password-protected to prevent unauthorized adjustments to the forklift’s performance.
